This year we spent Christmas day with the Koetje's. It was fun watching Kayla see all the presents under the tree and of course she went straight to her rocking chair. We had a nice brunch with the annual Christmas tree coffee cake and egg casserole. Then we face-timed with Wes, Lindsey and Malachi to open a bunch of presents since they were unable to make it up this year. We finished opening gifts and then played a few games. It was a great day with family. Some of us stayed to play more games and finished the night with home made pizza.
